make task play well in different resolutions

      Would be nice to use NUERE on netbooks. Right now there are some issues connected to screen resolution.
      Most of the netbooks have vertical resolution less that 768 which is minimum for NEURE task now.
      Horizontal resolution usually more or equal to 1024 which is just right.

      NUERE tasks should some how scale to different resolutions.
