Dyslexia center The National Board of Education has named the Niilo Mäki institute as a dyslexia center, which in turn functions as a coordinator and distributor of information about learning disabilities for teachers and for other interested parties. Information is also passed on by staff members and through various training programs. In the future, services from the dyslexia center will be assimilated into an information network over the internet, which is under construction by the Niilo Mäki institute. The information network can provide various open and private discussion environments for the public, especially for parents and teachers. The latter has shown to be of vast efficacy in the realm of learning disability training programs for teachers. Links
